*Estimated Ship Out Date from the time the order is placed. Quite a few factors can change this time frame. We are a small shop and are dedicated to maintaining the quality and workmanship of our wallets. Note shipping delays are outside of our control.

 


*Extended Lead Time Items*

Up to 14-21 Days 

If your item is marked as an extended lead time item. Those items may ship out earlier than that time frame depending on our current work flow. However please expect additional time on such items in general. Please reach out if you have any questions.

No Returns On Made-To-Order Items:

 We will not accept returns on any Made-To-Order items; as they are considered special orders catered to the customers specific preferences and requests.

Changes to Made-To-Order items:

After we have started on your order, no changes can be made. 

 

HOW DO I PLACE A MADE TO ORDER?



Step 1:

 Choose your desired Made to Order Product.

You can pick your options under the drop downs.

Step 2:

Pick a Primary Leather Option and Secondary (If Applicable to Design).


Step 3:

Pick a Thread Color, Rivet Color, Snap Color, and/or Hardware Color (If Applicable to Design).

If any particular item is out of stock (not ready to ship), we offer the Made-To-Order option. You can choose your desired combinations and place the order. 

After receiving your order, we will began work on the design and update/fulfill the order once it has been shipped. 

The lead time is an estimated time that it will take us to get your order shipped out from the time it was placed.

If we receive your Made-To-Order purchase and find that we do not have that particular option available due to high demand or other unforeseen circumstances - we will contact you and go over other options whether it be another leather combination, or refunding the order.
